Aluminum Cabinets And Carts For Shop, Trailer & Track

Garage Cabinets In The Kitchen?

Here at the office, CTECH cabinets and carts are used on a daily basis. We sit at desks designed with two CTECH Aluminum Desk Base drawers units with hanging folders and files. We have corner storage units for book and binder storage directly behind us. The shop personnel each have a CTECH workstation tool cart and the entire breakroom is equipped with CTECH Garage Cabinets. Versatile? We like to think so.

When CTECH received the request for aluminum kitchen cabinets from a local customer, we didn't find it odd at all. However, take a look at the photo... can you tell these cabinets are all aluminum?

We have 9 standard powder coat colors to choose from that we apply right here at the shop, however, your options do not stop there. Wood powder coating is very popular and, at times, looks more 'real' than the actual wood cabinets it's placed next to.

"CTECH just completed a display trailer for a local company that incorporated wood and aluminum cabinets," said Amy Howard, CTECH Sales Representative. "It was amazing the difference in wood grain quality. The powder coating looked better!."

CTECH Ultra Line Garage Cabinets have been used in a variety of applications: home garage, race shops, offices, kitchens and even Science Labs at a University. Have a design idea? We'd love to give you a quote.

Orlando, FL - CTECH is very pleased with the 2009 PRI show outcome. With only one booth and a complete new product line on display, traffic was up and guest responses were exceptional. PRI Booth Seating

PRI visitors to booth 1581 may have noticed a change in CTECH's presence at the 22nd annual PRI show. With a smaller booth and new location, team CTECH was still confident in the 2009 display.

"Bigger is not always better regarding booth space," said Dean Lee, CTECH Business Manager. "The Transporter cart really was the star of the show, and being able to use it outside for the PRI-CKI All Star Karting Classic, well that was just excellent. The Jr. Series did well and the lounge area was a great addition to the booth layout."

For 2009, CTECH focused on the new Jr. Series of pit carts: smaller carts with more bang for the buck. Included were the Jr. Mini Cart, Jr. Transmission Cart and the Jr. Crew Chief Cart. Also Jr. Series PRI booth on display were CTECH's many options for specialty vehicle and trailer cabinets including: shock tube storage closet with roll-up door, desk base drawer unit and lounge seating with storage. A complete garage package in midnight blue was also displayed showing the various applications for CTECH Aluminum Cabinet Storage Solutions in both mobile and fixed forms.

"The booth turned out great. It encompassed everything that CTECH has to offer to a wide range of customers and for various applications," said Tara Marshall, CTECH Sales and Marketing Coordinator. "We had a drawing for an accessory door rack. Retailing at $299 this custom aerosol and bottle rack was given to Ron Potter of Potter Performance Engines, Inc in Bradenton, FL who won the random drawing on Saturday. The real attention getter was the Transporter Cart, though. An observation cart with rear media deck, rear access ladder and monitor tower sure did get a lot of visitors to the booth."

The Transporter cart was used as the announcer stand Thursday night at the CKI Karting race outside the Orange County Convention Center.

Transporter At Kart Race

"After spending the first three years calling the All-Star Karting Classic from the infield, getting high atop the CTECH Transporter cart gave me my best ever view of the race," said Rob Howden, Editor-in-Chief of www.eKartingNews.com and the official event announcer. "I was able to be positioned alongside Timing & Scoring, which afforded me much more information than in year's past.  Big thanks to CTECH for stepping up to be part of the program.  They helped raise the bar once again!"

CTECH is very proud to have been part of such a great event and plans to do it again in 2010!

Thank you to all CTECH booth visitors at the 2009 PRI Trade Show. Your time, attention and input are very important to us. We hope to see you again next year. Remember to watch for great deals on the Web site: www.racecabinet.com, and new products to be advertised in all your favorite racing publications including PRI.

Specialty Vehicle Manufacturers Choose CTECH For Custom Aluminum Cabinetry

CTECH Aluminum Cabinets and Carts has been manufacturing aluminum cabinets for specialty vehicles for many years, however many of our customers are unaware of all our productlines. What is a specialty vehicle? A specialty vehicle can be defined as a mobile facility customized for various applications: transporters converted into classrooms, expandable trailers for mobile medical facilities, RV's designed for display vehicles, etc.

Some examples of specialty vehicle projects CTECH has been a part of include: Border Patrol Vehicles, Swat Team Command Centers, Mobile Blood Bank Vehicles, Police Command Centers and many more.

"At CTECH, we are able to take the written specification for a certain project and make it exactly to the needs of the customer," said Amy Howard, CTECH Sales Representative. "We receive a variety of government requests for bids from our customers that call for very specific dimensions, products and storage needs, which we will produce at a competitive price Galley Cabinets."

Customization and competitive pricing isn't the only reason CTECH is requested in government specialty projects. The weight savings in aluminum compared to other materials used in cabinet manufacturing is anywhere from 30 - 50 percent.

"Our manufacturing capabilities along with the quality materials we use give us a head above the rest," Amy said. "Our customers are pleased because their customers are pleased. We can and will meet your needs. If we don't already make it, we'll find a way to either make it right or it better."

Aluminum Tool Drawer Units a Hit in Service/Utility Truck Body Market Tool Drawer Unit

After a few months of market research, trade show visits and sales calls to far away doorsteps, CTECH Aluminum Tool Drawer Units are becoming THE desired and requested drawer option for a variety of truck body Manufacturers, Outfitters and Distributors.

"We've done the research, tested the product in the field and are confident this tool drawer unit will become the preferred drawer option within the market in the next two years," said Tara Marshall, CTECH Sales and Marketing Coordinator. "We are priced right, have customizable manufacturing capabilities, and CTECH Aluminum Tool Drawer Units are up to 54% lighter than steel units, saving weight when it matters most!"

March 10 - 12, 2010, CTECH Representatives, Josh Brehm and Tara Marshall will be displaying the CTECH Tool Drawer Unit at the National Truck Equipment Association Convention in St. Louis, MO.

"We expect a very high turnout and are anxious for more feedback, quote requests and of course orders," said Josh. "We will be in booth 4226 right across from the ALTEC booth, so hopefully people will find us."

The differences in CTECH drawer units and other drawer manufacturers are plenty, however the main difference is in the patented Motionlatch™ Handle.

"To open, you can lift anywhere on the handle and release the latching mechanism with one hand and one motion," Tara said. "You do not have to put your tools down, you could even use your pinky finger!"

The drawer unit is also self-latching. Keys are not needed to lock the drawer shut. Push the drawer closed and it will not open during transport.
